On the beautiful akrotiri peninsula of Chania, Angels Villa offers the
perfect escape for families and friends to unite. Two ,440m2

Entering the grounds of Angels villa, a long driveway sweeps down

both the ground floor and lower floor of each villa leads out to either
the garden or pool area. Each villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lower floor lounge area. The
second house has the additional feature of a large lounge area on
the ground floor - the perfect space to congregate while soaking up
the views through the large glass panels which illuminate the space.
Amenities such as a WC and laundry room are also found within the
second house. Each villa has been designed with a fusion of classic

Ascending to the first floor, one reaches a patio door which leads to
a large first floor balcony area with views across the gardens and
distant views out to sea. The master bedroom is found on this level
with an ensuite bathroom. The well sized bedroom has a KIng size
double bed (1,60 x 2,00), soft armchair and a patio door leading to a
private balcony which overlooks the bathroom,
designed in wood and marble has dual sinks and a corner bath with
shower and toilet.

House 2

Ground Floor

The second house also features 4 bedrooms but has additional
amenities that would deem this to be the ‘main’ house. As you enter
the main door entranceway, a communal WC is found with a toilet
and sink. The corridor then leads to a large and airy, open plan area
featuring large glass panelled walls which encourage the light and
colours beyond the house to stream in. A separate, modern fully
